We’ve officially levelled up! Not only do we have the ISO 27001 certification for information security, but we’ve also bagged the ISO 27701 certification for Privacy.

1. What data do you collect about me?
If your employer shared your name and email with us, we’ve got that on file. But don't worry, we only use it for good! We also track your learning progress and store web session data to make sure you can log back in, pick up where you left off, and even get a snazzy certificate once you’ve completed a course.
2. What do you do with my data?
We use it to help you access the platform, send reminders about unfinished courses (hey, we all need a nudge sometimes!), and keep you on track with your learning goals. Check out all the details in our Privacy Notice.
3. Where is my data stored?
Your data is safe and sound on European servers.
4. How do I delete my account?
If you have a personal account on my.goodhabitz.com, you can simply hit the “delete my data” or “download my data” buttons to take control of your info. No account access? No worries — just email dpo@goodhabitz.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
